Information and purpose
Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages and device information. Details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, route and cargo description, are used to assess and respond to your request. Do not submit unnecessary identity, payment or sensitive information.
Quote form and site guide
The form runs in your browser. The WhatsApp option prepares a message through a WhatsApp URL; you complete sending in WhatsApp. The email option opens your email application. This site does not automatically send or store quote submissions in its own database. Form details may be included in the external application URL or draft. Search and the site guide work locally; text is not sent to an external AI service.
Providers and external services
Cloudflare provides domain, DNS, security and email routing services. GitHub stores source code. Business email is routed to the company’s Google Gmail mailbox. The hosting provider processes technical traffic. Opening WhatsApp, Google Maps or an email application also subjects the interaction to that provider’s practices. Maps are loaded only after you choose to open them. Global providers may process information outside Türkiye; this notice does not replace the legal safeguards required for international transfers.
Preferences and retention
No advertising or marketing cookies are set by the application. Your theme preference is saved as insa-theme in local storage until changed or cleared. Language is determined by the page URL. Unsent form and guide text are cleared on page reload. Messages shared with external applications may remain there. Business correspondence is retained according to the purpose of the request and applicable obligations. Provider retention periods depend on their services.

Subject to applicable law and Article 11 of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698, you may request information about processing, purposes and recipients, rectification, deletion when its conditions apply, notification of corrections or deletions to recipients, and exercise applicable rights concerning automated analysis or unlawful processing.
